次の英文を日本語になおせ。
We wish to report that on our arrival have at 8.30p.m 20th May, and after completion of discharge of whole cargo, we underwent a survey of Lloyd’s surveyor, Mr. Eliot, and in accordance with his recommendation we ordered necessary repairs by Messed. B. &V. Dock Yards.
After repairs were finished on 23rd inst., to the satisfaction of Mr. Eliot, he granted the seaworthy certificate for our homeward voyage.
We have the pleasure to enclose our approximate damage list, sketch of damaged part, and copies of each survey report.
The bill of repairs has not yet reached us, but we will send it to you as soon as we receive it.
